Shipping Policy

Shipping from Sunny Florida
We process and ship orders every weekday from our location in Florida. Orders placed by noon with Standard or Expedited shipping are typically shipped the same day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

While we strive to ship orders promptly, circumstances such as holidays, inclement weather, or the busy Christmas season may cause delays. If delays occur, we prioritize Standard and Expedited shipments over Economy.


Shipping Options

Economy Shipping

  • Ideal for cost-conscious shipping, typically delivered within 4 -7 days but may take longer depending on your location.
  • Orders may be delayed by 1-2 business days before shipping to maintain affordable rates.
  • Delivery time increases with distance from Florida.
  • Claims for delayed packages can be filed after 30 days, but no later than 60 days.

Standard Shipping

  • Typically delivered within 1-3 days, depending on your location.
  • Shipped via USPS Priority, UPS Ground, or similar services.
  • Claims for delays can be filed after 14 days.

Expedited Shipping

  • Fast and reliable, with delivery in 1-2 days, typically via UPS 2-day or similar services.
  • Claims for delays can be filed after 2 days.

Delivery and Delays

After your package ships, we rely on our carriers for on-time delivery. About 1% of orders may experience delays. If you’re planning for a special occasion, we recommend ordering at least 14 days in advance.

In rare cases, packages may take more than 31 days or become lost. If this occurs, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you are taken care of.


Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or any other reason, we offer the following options:

  1. Reship the package to the correct address (you cover return and reshipping costs).
  2. Request a partial refund (return shipping and restocking fees apply).

To avoid issues, please double-check your shipping address before placing your order and ensure someone is available to receive the package.


Shipping Exceptions

Canada
At this time, we cannot ship to Canada due to customs and import challenges. For inquiries, contact us at odatzgood@gmail.com.

Backorders
In rare cases, items may be backordered due to damage or stock discrepancies. If this happens, we will notify you immediately. Most backorders are resolved within a week as we receive frequent restocks.


Order Cancellations

In cases where shipping costs are significantly underestimated (e.g., quoted at $25 but actual cost is $60), we may contact you to cover the difference or, if preferred, cancel the order. This policy ensures we can continue to serve all customers sustainably.
