At ODatzGood, we are committed to ensuring our customers have a positive shopping experience. Below, we outline our refund and return policies to provide clarity and transparency.


Damaged Goods

We understand how frustrating it can be to receive damaged items. To process a claim and ensure you receive a resolution, please follow these steps:

  1. Document the Damage: Send us clear photos of the damaged goods to odatzgood@gmail.com.
  2. Hold Onto the Items: Do not discard the damaged goods. They may be required for further inspection by the carrier.

Once we receive your evidence, we will initiate a claim with the carrier. Upon claim approval, you may choose between a refund or a replacement.

Please note: Only damaged items are eligible for a refund or replacement.


Product Quality

At ODatzGood, we source products directly from trusted vendors and suppliers. While we inspect all items for quality, please note that we do not manufacture these goods and cannot guarantee fit, comfort, or satisfaction beyond the manufacturer’s description.

Should you have questions or concerns about a product, please contact us before purchase. Transparency and customer satisfaction are our priorities.


Delayed Fulfillment

While we strive to maintain accurate inventory and prompt dispatch, there may be rare occasions when an item is unavailable due to stock discrepancies or damage. In such cases:

  • You will be notified promptly with potential solutions.
  • If the item is not shipped within 10 days, you may cancel your order for a full refund.

Thank you for your patience as we work to resolve these rare instances.


Shipping Delays

We rely on third-party carriers (e.g., USPS, FedEx) for delivery. Delays, though rare, can occur. If a shipment is delayed for more than 30 days (but less than 60 days), we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Eligible refunds will be provided for the value of the goods or up to $100, whichever is less.

For larger bulk orders, we recommend purchasing shipping insurance to ensure peace of mind. Shipping insurance is available at 5% of the transaction cost.

International Shipments: Refunds are only eligible if goods are returned to us in new condition.


Returns

To qualify for a return and partial refund, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Unused, in new condition, and with original tags intact.
  • Not purchased on sale, clearance, or as a seasonal/holiday item.
  • Returned within 21 days of delivery.
  • Not a perishable good or swimwear.
  • Approved for return by our team.

Return Process:

  • Once approved, you may either use a return label provided by us (at market-rate cost) or arrange your own shipping.
  • Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Refunds will be processed after the item is inspected and approved.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or product:

  • Exchanges are subject to return shipping, reshipping, and a 15% restocking fee.
  • Non-returnable items (as detailed above) are not eligible for exchange.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation Window:

  • Orders can be canceled any time before they enter the shipping preparation phase.

Cancellation Process:

  • Email odatzgood@gmail.com with your order details and reason for cancellation.
  • Once shipping preparation begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
