Recipe: Curried Goat with Dumplings
Ingredients:
• 2 lbs goat meat, cubed
• 2 tbsp curry powder
• 1 onion, chopped
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 Scotch bonnet pepper, chopped
• 2 cups water
• 1 cup flour (for dumplings)
• ½ tsp salt (for dumplings)
Instructions:
1. Season goat meat with curry powder, salt, and pepper. Brown in a pot with onions and garlic.
2. Add water and Scotch bonnet pepper. Simmer for 1.5-2 hours until tender.
